The LEX Burpee Challenge (AKA the burpee challenge from hell) TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO TRY THIS WITH. Do as many rounds of 10rep EMOM as you can (every minute on the minute.) Who ever completes the most rounds wins the challenge! These Burpees are meant to go at a slower pace so you can keep your form. Do NOT rush through these. Make sure your keep your form all the way through each rep. If you start to fall out of form either drop weight and/or drop the number of reps. It's so important to keep your core tight on this workout.
