Burn booty burn! Pair these two exercises together! Top exercise cable runner. Be sure to press down through the heel on the leg you are standing on. Keep your core tight and you should feel the crunch in your core when you bring your knee up. Make sure you get your knee high! The weight shouldn't be super heavy. Bottom exercise single leg thruster. Using the dynamax ball makes it a little harder because you have to stabilize the entire time. Make sure you squeeze your glutes at the top.
