Shoulders don't grow on trees ??? here's is an awesome shoulder circuit to try! Top left: cable upright row 15-20reps (make sure you lead up with your elbows.) bottom left: alternating front raises. 10-12 reps each arm (Keep one arm up their entire time! These are harder than they look!) Top right: Arnold press transition to shoulder press. 10-12 reps of each(Keep your elbows up during the transition. They should be at a 90 degree angle and elbows should be in line with your shoulders.) Bottom right: bench single arm rear delt fly. 12-15 reps each arm (The bench helps keep your back flat. Make sure you don't pull past your shoulder level) do 3-5 rounds of this circuit!
