This is a great full body combo using the landmine. My shoulders are engaged and burning the whole time, I'm working my legs and glutes with the reverse lunge and my obliques are screaming with the oblique twist. Notice how I twist my upper body to follow my hands to each side. A common mistake made is pivoting your feet. Make sure you keep your feet planted and get a strong lunge stance so you can get the full benefit. If you have problems balancing take a wide split lunge stance instead of bending your arms. You want to keep your arms out straight without locking your elbows. Of course stay off your toes and keep your weight in the heel of your front foot!
