One thing I wish I could change about my daily diet is the ability to have Japanese breakfast everyday. Take an early train right after sunrise to #Kamakura to visit the Amida Buddha and have brekkie at Kansou, a restaurant specializing in breakfast using rice from the local prefecture. Here I opted for one topped with fresh yuba. It's hot and the perfect food for winter. @pichetong #FRtakeover #japan
