Oh Narisawa! Finishing the meal with #dessert flights that never end is like a living dream come true. After 3 plated desserts came a spectacular petit fours trolly, where I chose one of each. Naturally I was curious to see how each taste. Fusing Eastern and Western technique and flavors in dessert making is my jam! I had the option for seconds, but curbed.
