It’s also important to us to be on the forefront of new social networks! ________________________________________Q: How relevant is Instagram for a brand like yours? A: The ModCloth approach to community is all about having fun, taking chances, and, perhaps most importantly, inclusivity. Because the Instagram community thrives on creativity, and grants users the freedom to project their own personal brand, it’s a natural fit. It allows us to shine a spotlight on our (very engaged) community as a whole, while also calling out individual IG users along the way. We’re all about the #regram! ________________________________________Q: How has Instagram helped you more than other social networks, to connect with your consumers? A: Unlike some other social platforms, Instagram is incredibly marketing-friendly. It’s easy to reach your entire audience with one post, and we find that it’s also a great way to get in-the-moment feedback straight from our IG audience. For example, our buying team recently requested feedback about a particular ModCloth-exclusive dress that we’ve carried in a variety of hues. In order to determine the exact color and print combo of our next floral iteration, we went to IG!
