Day 9 #DetoxYoBody is Garbha Pindasana. Start off with a comfortable lotus and then slowly slide the hands through by twisting and bending the arms while aiming towards the middle. If you don't have a comfortable lotus do not force it, either bend the knees and hold the ankles or just gently fold the lotus in.
