Day 8 #DetoxYoBody is Trikonasnana B, Revolved Triangle. Stabilize the hips and use the strength of the legs to build a solid foundation with the lower body. Suck the belly in and lift the torso to create space between the vertebrae. Then twist the spine to use the space that you have created. Send the sternum up to the sky and breathe deeply.
