A day in the life of Fourth Series.... This is one of those postures that I never wanted to do. In fact when my teacher told me to do it I tried to explain how it would be forever impossible for me. Then when I tried I got so disoriented that j could not tell up from down, right for left, inhale from exhale. I nearly blacked out, fainted, died. If there was a posture that "broke" me this is it, no ego left and over years of practice I guess I was somehow reborn a little stronger, a little more fearless and a lot more humble. #bestrong #practiceandalliscoming #onebreathatatime
