Day 5 #bestrongin2015 is Bakasana, Crane Pose. This foundational arm balance set up the protracted position of the shoulders and engages the core. Avoid using friction too much and instead activate the abs and pelvic floor to lift the body with its own power. Don't worry about jumping into Bakasana until you can stay comfortably for at least five breaths and jump back to Chaturanga Dandasna. Check my YouTube channel for full tutorial.
