Felt like a princess in this decked out Stockholm hotel room ? Slept in this morning and it felt sooooooo good. I love sleeping in and getting up without an alarm. It's like one of life's greatest blessings to me. I experience a whole different world in my dreams when I can sleep as long as I like. I think it's healing for the physical and the emotional body to get good rest. Bad luck to be an Ashtangi when I love to sleep in ?I really suffer with very early morning practice and make really strong chai to wake up anytime before 6 am. What about you?
