Day 5 #shesgotlegs is Paschimattanasana, Deep Forward Fold. The hamstrings are the gateway to the hip joints so if you want to open your hips take the time to practice this posture properly. Forward folds are a combination of relaxation of the back muscles and strong activation of the core. Keep the space between your navel and your pubic bone drawn deeply inside and fold from deep within your hip joints. Avoid pulling with your arms to go deeper. Surrender to the journey and let it take the time it takes, don’t rush, relax and listen.
