4 sets
10 reverse lunge with a 2 sec down tempo (each leg)
Directly into
30 banded step-up each leg
Rest 90sec - 2 minutes between
✅Part 2 Hip thrust
Set 1: 15 repetitions with a 3sec down/ 3 sec up tempo
Set 2: 12 repetitions with a sec sec down and 2 sec hold at the top
Set 3: 15 double contraction at the top (come all the way up, back down halfway and back up = 1 rep)
Set 4: 3 x through: 5 half repetitions from the top, 5 half repetitions from the bottom, 5 full range repetitions
Set 5: 10 heavy repetitions, drop 30% load, 20 repetitions
Rest 90sec - 2 minutes between set
