Welcome to my morning routine ☀️

I try to always spend as much time as possible with my daughter. 💕We cook her breakfast together every morning and she loves to help. Today we made protein chocolate chip pancakes.🥞🤤

I fast in the morning so I try to do a short run or other light intensity exercise to get maximum benefits. 🏃🏽‍♀️I take BCAAs before my run so I can get some protein in to fuel my muscles while flipping that fat burning switch in my fasted cardio.

I always feel so much better after I move and it helps give me a boost to get to work to create and take care of my clients ❤️🙌🏽Action leads motivation!

💡I notice that delaying food intake (and especially carbs) to later in the day helps me with mental clarity, focus, blood sugar control, insulin sensitivity, and getting the appropriate hormonal response from my pre-workout meal in the afternoon.
