3 ab exercises anyone can do!

1. Super slow bicycles: keep your shoulders off the ground and look up do not crunch your head forward. Slowly kick one leg out and alternate.
2. Heel touches: keep your shoulders off the ground and rock side to side. This one burns your obliques!
3. Toe touches: keep your legs straight up in the air. Control the movement as you reach up to touch your toes. Don’t let your body just fall back.
