Have you noticed the mental health benefits of exercise? If I don’t get exercises daily (especially for multiple days straight) I notice I get down. A report was done at the University of South Australia which found that exercise is MORE effective than medication and counseling for dealing with depression. 1.5 times MORE effective!! 🤯🤯
If you’re feeling down try doing some sort of exercise. It can be as simple as a walk outside or doing body weight exercises.
