This lower body bodyweight challenge is 🔥🔥🔥 if you’re not advanced you can do squats and reverse lunges instead of pistol squats and lunge jumps.
Perform as quick as possible:
50 pistols quays each side
100 lunge jumps each side

Break it up however you’d like!
