Like I'm on a treadmill that is going slightly too fast for me to keep up with, and I feel like I'm failing at work and motherhood? 🤪✨ Since getting my @vahaflow_uk last year, it has allowed me to find the time to reset and recharge. There are so many different classes on there, from yoga to cardio to meditation, but what I love is that there are classes for just 10 minutes. That means that on those days where I can't catch my breath, I get a chance to pause and feel calm without having to leave the house. This means I can always find the time without having to find someone to look after Alf. 🙏 For those of you who aren't familiar yet, VAHA is an interactive smart mirror. It's basically the future! It gives you access to so many different classes, and you can even do personal training sessions, from the comfort of your own home.
