The sun is shining, I finally got to meet my nephew, and Tommy finally got to meet my siblings. ☀️🥂 Plus, being up in the Lakes in this weather makes me feel like I'm living in a fairy tale. 🧚‍♀️✨ I've always said one of the things that put mr off having babies was the negativity, or phrases like "enjoy your freedom" etc. - I actually didn't expect motherhood to be quite so wonderful. It's definitely a challenge - but so was trying to zip myself in and out of dresses during my single years. 🤣 I guess with anything, there's good and bad things, so I just thought I'd write about some of the best things about being a mummy: ✨ Getting to view the world through the eyes of someone seeing and doing everything for the first time. ✨ Getting to relive my childhood ✨ The challenge of trying to be the best version of myself so I can raise a secure little bubba. ✨a new found excitement for the future. Who is he going to be? ✨ An appreciation of what my parents did for me. ✨ A new appreciation of my body and everything is does. ✨ Every day is an adventure. 🤸‍♀️ What are the other amazing things you've found about Parenthood?
