AFTERNOON (AB) DELIGHT 😍🔥✨
Some fun for your obliques and inner thighs in this series. Go through full series on one side then repeat on the other! 1x total = ✨, 2x total = ⚡️, 3x total = 🔥. Pick your pyro!
1. Mod side plank with leg sweep - 10 reps (fwd & back = 1 rep)
2. Mod side plank leg circles - 10 in each direction
3. Hip drop to clam hydrant (yea I combined them 😈) - 10 reps
4. Side lying double leg lift (you’ll feel top side oblique and bottom inner thigh the most!) - 10 reps
5. Side lying double leg sweep - 10 reps (use your bottom arm which is still in side plank position to control the exercise and keep hips square)
6. Heel taps - 10 reps (NOTE: the bottom leg is off the ground too using the inner thigh and oblique to hold it up)
7. Iso crunch hold with bicycle legs - 10 reps (1 rep = L + R knee coming in to center)
