LOWER BODY BURNER 🔥⚡️✨
4 glute bridge variations for you to try. Love playing around with different footwork and tempos to mix up the challenges of my glute activation and lower body work in my workouts.
1. Single leg glute bridge with heel lift & leg lever - 10 reps each leg (FAV!!😍)
2. Glute bridge with heel lift and arm drive - 10 reps (control the ribs as you reach the arms back)
3. Single bent leg glute bridge with heel lift - 10 reps each leg. This one 🔥🔥🔥
4. Explosive glute bridge with heel lift - 10 reps. Use force to drive off the floor, ribs will lift a little higher than usual. Control the decline.

You can try these all in a row for a burnout of your glutes or add them into a circuit with other drills using them as a progression in each round. Enjoy 🥳
