My favourite game is pyro tings 🔥⚡️✨ Try these drills out as some morning movement, quick core burner or stacked into your next workout 🥳
1. Side plank to forward leg extension - 10 reps
2. Side plank with bent leg lowers - 10 reps
Repeat 1&2 on other side
3. Reverse crunch to roll up twist 😈 - 10 reps total (try keep hands behind head with elbows wide the whole time)
4. Split Leg Sweeps - 10 reps (not resting on elbows- this should be an active brace position)
5. Forearm plank with bent knee tap and iso hold - 10 reps each side. (Control the tap of the knee to the floor using your lower abs and hold tension in the lifted bent leg by flexing the foot to engage the hamstring and glute).
