My fav prop to travel with is the pilates ball. Here’s 7 of my fav crunch based moves with the ball that you can add on to any workout or quickly enjoy on its own. Place the ball under your t-spine and try and roll through the exercises without much break in between and rest at the end.
1. Bent leg crunch - 10 reps
2. Crunch with alternating knee drive to reach - 10 reps
3. Slow cross crunch - 10 reps
4. Cross crunch hold with leg extension - 10 reps each side
5. Straight leg crunches - 10 reps (a lower ab special!!)
6. Leg extensions - 10 reps
7. Criss cross balance - 10 reps
