PYRO PLANKS 🔥⚡️ 3 variations for you to try:
1. Tricep push-up to forearm plank saw - 10 reps
2. Side Plank variation with reach - 10 reps each side
3. Forearm Plank with Knee Drive & Opp Hip Dip AKA obliques on fleek! - 10 reps total (5 each side)
