5 new friends for you 👋🏼⚡️ Some of these drills are an add on from the last workout post so try them together if you’re feeling spicy! 🌶🔥
1. Crunch to leg extension circles - 10 reps (note: shoulder blades are off the ground the WHOLE time and elbows are wide with head heavy in hands 😁)
2. Tricep push-up to side plank with leg extension - 10 reps total (5 each side)
3. Double toe taps to extension - 10 reps
4. Forearm plank reaches - 10 reps (1 rep = a side reach and forward reach on each hand! 😈)
5. Elevated bird dog with diagonal reaches - 10 reps total (nice and slow please and keep the knees close to the ground but not touching it, hips level and smile on).
