FULL BODY DUMBBELL CHALLENGE!

All you need is a pair of 10-15lb dumbbells for this one to target your legs, back, arms, chest and core! These full body workouts are great when you’re pressed for time or only have a couple days out of the week to train!
.
Slide 1: Kneeling single hammer arm curl to press x 15 reps each side (works your biceps and shoulders as well as your core - it takes core strength to stabilize yourself in single arm or leg movements)
.
Slide 2: Squat to curl x 15 reps. Works your bicep, legs and core. Make sure everything is done slow and controlled and don’t rock or lose your form!
.
Slide 3: Bent over single arm row to front raise x 15 reps each side. Works your back, shoulders and core!
.
Slide 4: Glute bridge to press to curl x 15 reps. Works your glutes, chest and triceps!
.
Slide 5: Plank Tap Up downs x 20 reps. Works your core and shoulders!
.
Aim for 3 rounds back to back with 15 sec rest between moves!
