A lot of people have been asking if I ever lift heavy and the answer is YES but most of the things I’ve been posting on my page have been either light weight or bodyweight because most people are still training from home so I wanted to cater to the masses. Do you enjoy these home workouts or do you want me to start filming some gym workouts for you as well??

Nonetheless, gym or not, training with resistance bands is still one of my fave ways to train! As I get older and see people falling apart (literally lol) and complaining about their joints and back pain etc - I’ve learned to appreciate time under tension workouts just as much as the higher intensity ones!

Give this one a go and perform each move for 45 seconds with 15 sec rest between moves (don’t forget each leg on single leg movements). *REPEAT 3 x *
