Having a relaxing bedtime ritual is an important part of getting better sleep! Here are a few things you can do an hour before bed to help you get a better nights rest!

Chamomile tea: For most people, caffeine should be avoided for 4-6 hours before bed, because thats how long it takes your body to metabolize half of your (caffeine) consumption. Opt for a glass of chamomile tea an hour before bed to induce some sleepiness

CBD: I feel my best when I’m high energy so I personally don’t smoke weed and even CBD tends to get me groggy so I used to stay away from it entirely! I know some people can function on both but I personally don’t lol. When I first tried CBD gummies they helped me sleep but I found it SO difficult to get out of the bed in the morning! Luckily I’ve partnered with @pso_good and their gummies lean me into such a graceful sleep and I don’t feel like 💩 in the morning!
