I love the feeling of being alive, of putting my heart and soul into all that I do and knowing that I’ve tried my best and earned everything that I work so hard for by myself and for myself. Equally in health and nutrition I enjoy knowing that I’m treating myself well, fuelling my body and achieving maximum reward, strength and stamina. In relationships I don’t want an unenthusiastic, negative, moaner dampening my spirits and limiting my dreams - I’d rather an energetic, positive goal-getter who races me to the top of mountains and is on the same page in life as me. In friendships you want somebody you can trust to be there when the chips are down and not just for the good times, to stand the test of time no matter where life takes you. In your choice of career you want something that you love doing and can jump out of bed on Monday morning for.
