I often find that the people in life who have the least are always the ones to give the most to others because when you recognise what is necessary and work hard for it you can truly appreciate its value and meaning. We are often blinded by the temptation of lust, power and temporary highs; always wanting more and never being happy with what we have. Please take some time to remove from your life everything and everyone who does not fulfil you; donate unwanted goods, clothes and jewellery to charity so that others who are less fortunate may benefit and let go of friendships, relationships and acquaintances who are not wholeheartedly invested in you as an individual. A lot of people “put up with” things and hold onto relationships that they don’t love or want, but have out of habit or convenience. If something isn’t 100% genuine and cherished then why be happy about holding onto it? Remove the unnecessary quantity from your life and focus wholly on quality - no fake friends, no untrustworthy partners and no more cluttering up your home, body and mind with junk. The more streamlined and minimalist your life is the easier it becomes to see, think and feel, giving you the freedom and ability to invest your time efforts and energy into something ultimately deserving of you.
