This Advanced Abs workout uses ZERO equipment and will put most people through their paces. I want you ladies to see whether you can complete two full laps of these exercises!
Advanced Abs:
✅ Plank & Leg Lift - 30 sec
✅ Ab Bike & Toe Tap - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ 3-Way Crunch - 30 sec
✅ Straight-Leg Raise & Hip Lift - 30 sec
✅ Toe Tap - 30 sec
✅ Side Plank with Arm & Leg Extension - 60 sec (30 per side)
