Low-impact workouts don't mean they are 'low' in the challenging or results department! This workout will help any of you ladies who may have knee issues or who just can't jump. But don't think this means it's easy - you will still be put through your paces over six laps, and two groups of exercises.⁣

No jumping means this low-impact workout is quieter, too - which makes it perfect if you live in an apartment block, have housemates, or need to work out later on in the evening or after a shift at work. ⁣

Low-impact workout:⁣

✅ Standing X Crunch - 30 sec ⁣
✅ Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift & Crunch - 60 sec (30 per side) ⁣
Complete 3 laps⁣

✅ Shoulder Tap & Rocking Chair - 30 sec ⁣
✅ Plank Dips - 30 sec ⁣
✅ Reverse Plank Walkout - 30 sec ⁣
✅ Alternating Superman - 30 sec ⁣
