Ladies, there are SO many effective bodyweight exercises that will work your upper body. Here are four of my personal favourites that I use when working out at home. If you prefer to train in the gym, try adding these exercises in between your sets for an extra challenge. 💪
✅ Push-Up - 10 reps
✅ Side Plank & Oblique Crunch - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅ Plank Dips - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅ X Plank - 20 reps (10 per side)
