SELF-CARE SUNDAYS!⁣
#BBGcommunity, what does self care mean to you?⁣
For me, self care is working out, going for walks, keeping my house clean and tidy, limiting my screen time, eating healthy and nourishing foods and spending time with my family. ⁣

To me, it means being disciplined enough to do things that I may not feel like doing at the time, but I know are going to make me happier and healthier in the long run. For example, I could easily spend some nights lazing around and scrolling through social media once Arna is in bed. But I KNOW I will be happier if I am disciplined and do a BBG workout instead.⁣

Don't get me wrong, if you feel like you need to skip a workout to avoid muscle fatigue, or you NEED a sleep in on a Sunday morning (like this puppy 😍), you should DEFINITELY do that. But it's important to really think about what is going to benefit you the most in the long run. ⁣
⁣
Sometimes, I feel like there can be a misconception when it comes to self care. I want you ladies to remember that self care isn't about spending money on expensive beauty products or putting pressure on yourself to look a certain way. It's about looking after yourself so that you can be the best version of YOU. ⁣
