HiHo Cheeseburger (@hihocheeseburger) will be adding a limited edition chicken sandwich to its menu starting this Saturday called “The Willie Mae” chicken sandwich, which is a collaboration between HiHo and New Orleans institution Willie Mae’s Scotch House (@williemaesnola). It will only be available for dine-in and takeout through the weekend in Mid-Wilshire, with delivery and pick-up on Postmates and HiHo Mobile beginning on September 28. HiHo’s Santa Monica location will add the sandwich in October, but the special won’t last forever — the sandwich leaves menus on November 30.
