Through her workouts, she has become an inspiration for women around the world, she has grown stronger physically and mentally, and is now committed to living a healthy lifestyle. 💪⁣

Julie says: "5 years ago, my goal was to lose 150 lbs. Losing weight was my only goal. I’ve changed that goal throughout the years. My goal now is to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, while loving my body at any size. It’s awesome to see my progress throughout the 5 years in this video. It motivates me. I know this is an ongoing journey and I will never give up, even with setbacks... I know what it feels like when you’re just starting out and how difficult that first step is. Start with small goals and just start by moving your body (dancing, walking, etc). Do this for you and no one else. We got this!" ⁣
