#BBGprogress 🙌🙌 Tiff's (@tiff_gets_toned) progress using my #BBG program! ⁣
Tiff's journey with fitness is about SO much more than just the physical changes she has seen. Tiff has also been using my programs to support her on her mental health journey, too. I'm so proud of Tiff's dedication and her commitment to building her strength, fitness and confidence through her workouts! 💪 With my programs she has learnt that it's not about the number on the scales, but the way the that you FEEL when you work out.⁣
