HIIT WORKOUT!! 🔥

This is some of the most effective/efficient forms of training and is a great calorie burner 🔥 This workout is fun, challenging and doesn’t require any equipment so you can do it anywhere! Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between exercises. Allow 60 - 90 seconds rest between sets.
