BEGINNER LEGS WORKOUT!!

Oh you thought I wasn’t going to post a workout today? I would never leave you high and dry on a day that could potentially, for all I know, be leg day because as we all know you never ever ever skip leg day, even if you’re just getting started on your fitness journey. Make sure to give this workout some love (double tap) and save for later!

New to training? Don’t worry, I got chuuuu give this beginner leg day workout a try! If you’re looking for a more challenging workout feel free to add additional resistance such as dumbbells or a booty band, as long as you’re training that peach, you’re doing it right (as far as I’m concerned anyway 😜)
