Morning booty workout fulled by @womensbest BCAAs in Mango Passionfruit. I know I always say that watermelon is my favourite @womensbest BCAA flavour but Mango Passionfruit is right up there, a true rival for number 1 flavour oh and also blue raspberry is the bomdiggity 😍

Anywayyyy let’s grow that booty from home! I’m using 2 x 5kg dumbbells in this workout but it’s not an essential. Feel free to do this booty growth workout with body weight only or get creative and use weighted items from around the house such as tin cans and water bottles.

This workout includes a BOOTY BURNOUT AKA a drop set finisher. Drop sets are characterised by a progressive decrease in resistance (weight) and increase in reps as you move through the sets. For example, a squat drop set could include 3 sets: 12 reps with 10kg, 15 reps with 5kg and 20 reps bodyweight only. Adding Drop Sets to the end of your workout can assist in creating additional muscle fatigue and can enhance results especially if you have reached a plateau.
