ARE YOU READY TO STRETCH?

First of all, sorry for yelling. Secondly, ME TOO (okay we’re back to yelling again). I wanted to share this simple stretching routine which can be done post-workout to assist with recovery. Stretching is such an important component of training to improve flexibility, range of motion and also decrease risk of injury.

This is my go-to stretching routine to help improve lower body flexibility and mobility… which will ultimately help you squat lower YES I DID MAKE THIS ABOUT BOOTY GAINS I CAN’T HELP MYSELF (and again with the yelling!) 😂

You can perform this routine by holding each stretch for 40 – 60 seconds.
