LET’S GET SWEATYYYY!!! Tabata is one of the most effective forms of high intensity interval training (HIIT) using a 20 sec work, 10 sec rest ratio.

HOW TO DO THE THINGS: Alternate between the two exercises in each Tabata Workout Set. Perform the first move for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest before moving on to the second exercise in the Tabata. Complete 4 rounds of each Tabata and then allow 60 seconds rest between 💪
