The only piece of equipment required for this workout is a medicine ball. I’m using a 5kg medicine ball but a lighter weight resistance can be used, if you don’t have a medicine ball get creative, use a filled water bottle or a weighted solid object. TAG YOUR BESTIE and give this workout a try!
