I’m not gonna lie, this workout was super challenging! Adding ankle weights to these exercises really took this workout to the next level! Feel free to give this workout a try without ankle weights or add them for that extra core work and burn 🔥 I’m wearing 2.5kg ankle weights each leg. Make sure to keep the movement slow and controlled and keep your core engaged when performing these exercises.
