Just in case you didn’t find High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) challenging enough we’re taking it to another level of intensity 🔥 These exercise are fun and challenging! Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between. Allow 60 - 90 seconds rest between sets. Give this workout a try and TAG YOUR BESTIE!
