Final day in Melbourne before we head back home. Kickstarting the day with a HIIT Fat Burner workout 💪 I love High Intensity Interval Training because it’s quick, effective and efficient! I did this workout yesterday before heading to the expo. These are the types of workouts I love to do whilst I’m travelling because they get the heart rate up and require minimal equipment!
