DO YOU WANT THE HOME VERSION OF THIS WORKOUT?! You’re going to L❤️VE this workout!! 1. Reverse Pull Down Pull Over: make sure you do not lock your elbows out when you are performing the pull over.
2. Face Pull Pulse: This is a CONTROLLED pulse not a bounce. Pull the cable towards your nose.
3. Pull Over Tri Combo: again, do not lock out your elbows. When performing the tricep extension keep your elbows in towards your body
4. Pulse Bicep Curl: its a CONTROLLED pulse. Make sure you are sitting straight up with your shoulders back.
