Let's talk about BALANCE. If you're off on holiday soon, like many LUCKY people are at this time of year 😁, I encourage you to try not to let all your #SWEATNATION healthy habits slip away! One way to do this is to order a serve of fruit and/or veg with EVERY meal. This way you can be sure your body is getting the nutrients it needs. Another way to do this is to deliberately WALK everywhere. You'll be sight seeing and before you know it, you've completed a #LISS session 😂. But ladies, My NUMBER 1 tip is to carry your DRINK BOTTLE with you at all times, even if you're going out for a meal. This will help you to stay as hydrated as possible 💧.

Balance is everything and whether you’re on vacation or not you should still be aware of what you eat. Of course you should have that delicious looking ice cream, the beautiful breakfast, etc but don’t overdo it. Also there are always healthier alternatives like if you’re really craving something sweet find one with more natural ingredients this way you’ll satisfy your sweet tooth and be guilt free 😋😋😋

Very true! I indulged a ton on holidays in Greece/Italy (gimme alllllll the carbs) but we walked EVERYWHERE with baby in the ergocarrier. I came home and had lost 7lb 😂🙌🏼 Best. Holiday. Ever.
