Thanks, your motivational words are so important. In the past this was exactly the reason why I quit to continue with the workouts. Now I understand it’s a longer term project with its ups and downs, it’s a marathon. ?

@sweat I wish there was a way to mark workouts as completed the following day! I did a LISS yesterday just using a 30 minute timer in my phone and forgot to mark it down. Now, looking back, I’ll think I missed it ☹️
